Facial Cleansing Grains/Mask

My face personally craves this mask in the winter. I love putting it on before my shower with water and allowing it to dry x 10-15 min then hoping in the shower. Once every few weeks, I’ll use Manuka Honey and mix the grains to make a healing mask.

Rx:  Use the Facial Cleansing grains in the AM/PM.  Make a paste in your hand with water, unsweetened greek yogurt, witch hazel, water, and or honey.  Apply onto a damp face and massage gently in circular motions.  Rinse with warm water.  As a treat once a week, leave on for 10 minutes with water, Manuka honey or your local organic honey, yogurt, and rinse with warm water and pat dry.  *Water for everyday normal/combo skin days, unsweetened organic greek yogurt for oily/acne days, and honey for acne/dry/increased inflammation*

Rhassoul clay, pink clay, *colloidal oatmeal, *raw cacao, *hibiscus flowers, *cardamon, *chamomile, *coconut milk, *calendula, *golden flax seed
